Hello Chip,

Wonderful article... and yes, the Paradigm Shift is mandatory before anything else can be successful...Many argue that we need to change SYSTEMS because they self-reinforce behaviours. While this is true, it's only partially true... Because you cannot devise NEW SYSTEMS without first upgrading your paradigm (because you don't know what you don't know). This is why I work on the COOPERATION PARADIGM... where I tackle the problem of the competitive mindset in our world directly, and the shift that we need. As Donella Meadows explained, the mental model or paradigm is the most powerful lever in a system. I commend your work. Here is my most recent article, where I explain that we need to go beyond the NASH EQUILIBRIUM, which is a fear-based equilibrium. Cheers!
